Michael Vick believes he should be able to own a dog again for his "rehabilitation"

One of the agreements involved in Michael Vick's sentencing was that he would never, ever be allowed to own a dog.

It seems that now Vick is back on top, he's conveniently forgotten his sentencing agreement, or believes it no longer applies. Sports media is reporting this morning that Vick now says owning a dog would help with his "rehabilitation".

So, who's betting with me? I believe he'll re-offend within a year, and I'm willing to back that up with a $100 donation to the kennel that took in Vick's horribly tortured pit bulls if I'm wrong.
