Interesting what Stone says about all of the S. American leaders he spoke to. All want to 'control their own resources' and to be 'independent from the IMF'. I wish this country would finally move forward from the old, brutal cold war policies that harmed so many millions of innocent people, especially in that region of the world. I hope this WH is listening ~
