both can go fuck themselves. BC/BS in Wisconsin said Wellmark same company. so when I switch in 2001. my pre existing OCD got me a denial. managed to get insurance but it's $300 a month now. No dental no mental health. So I'm clinically depressed on lexapro.. getting everything almost free now because of an Iowa settlement. and $20 copay? haha. $20 copay for each and every little thing the office does. So I go in for a testosterone shot and a flu shot. $40.. (for a $15 shot and I don't know what the testosterone would be but I'm being ripped off somewhere) I was once told I was getting a $15 shot that cost $15 but because of the copay it's $20 grrrrrr
