Bristol did not tell Mom until she was pretty far along & was banished to Wasilla with "mono"..

That baby arrived early and the Down syndrome was unexpected & freaked them all out. (Probably in late January) Down babies are often underweight, so Sarah had time to fake the pregnancy and then "have" the baby when he was 6-7 lbs.

She "spared" Bristol from being a teen Mom to a handicapped baby (and defrauded the health insurers at the same time) by claiming the baby was hers.. Her gal-pal Doctor helped her, no doubt.

Bristol was probably pissed at having her baby stolen by Mom, so she made another one..right away..

People will say, this is not important, BUT think back to the time right after she was chosen. Had the truth of this been dug out then, she would have been thoroughly discredited and would probably still be in Alaska, scrubbing moose-doo off her mukluks.

This fake pregnancy is her Achilles Heel, but since it involves "lady-parts", the media shied away from it and accepted the cock & bull story she cooked up..

Don't forget too, that the whole season of "Desperate Housewives" that year revolved around the EXACT storyline of Bree pretending to be pregnant .

Sarah is just shallow enough to think she would do the same.. and unfortunately for all of us, she apparently did.

Why doesn't Bristol say anything?

because she has her healthy baby, and Mom & Dad will take care of the other one.

Why doesn't boyfriend speak up?

same as Bristol, PLUS it's hard enough to pick up girls with one baby you don't support..really creepy if there are TWO , and one is a handicapped baby you gave away to the girl's mom.
