in which you apparently have mistaken DU posters as "people purporting to speak for 'it'" where it is OWS.

Let me assure you I am only speaking for myself when I state that the OP's gripe is silly and bordering on obnoxious, and that it is just me that is dismissing your complaint about lack of leaders.

If you really feel unrepresented then by all means go and represent yourself as one among equals. If you just want to complain here about your lack of representation there, then expect some obnoxious old lefty like myself to suggest that your complaints here are misdirected.
