Edited on Thu Nov-03-11 02:27 PM by Zorra
an ideology that emphasizes that the rights of corporations to trade and profit freely on a global scale takes precedence over the democratic and human rights of individuals as well as the laws and governments of any sovereign national state.

In other words, neoliberalism is the belief that it is the supreme right of wealthy private interests to make profits anywhere and everywhere at any time is the supreme law of the planet, and to do whatever they deem necessary to enforce this "right".
