If we as a nation want to take our rights back, take back the stolen loot of our nation, take back the confiscated wealth of our commons, return the profits of this country to the rightful owners - We The People, the Constitution does NOT apply. In fact the Declaration of Independence clearly states that citizens have an obligation to overthrow tyrants. Our current oligarchy, the uber wealthy and idle rich, CEOs, hedge fund managers, banksters, Koch brothers and RepubliCONS, along with their political puppets, have become tyrants.
