The Libertarian experiment is in full force down here. Our local governments have forged "partnerships" with the private sector and, outside of their public missions, they collude, conspire and defraud the rest of the people in their own towns and cities. It does give you a feeling that the world is turned inside out.

If you think those insane rants are bad in email, imagine living among them.
