Are there 25 non-Democratic Reps in the House who would vote to raise

or eliminate the debt-ceiling at this point? Assuming that the Senate would go along and that Nancy keeps her hold on all her 193 stray cats, 25 someone sane and rational individuals voting with us could simply pass a new increase or eliminate the whole damn law.

No more "grand plan" - no cuts to essential services people are relying on to live (literally) - no threats to SS/Medicare - no pork or pet projects - just one clean bill raising it to XXX (past the elections) or striking the whole law from the books.

Then they can all go back to fighting over revenues/cuts/whatever will sound best in their sound-bytes for next year's campaign commercials.

So who are the most likely candidates that we might be able to recruit?
