shown in the cartoon happened, everything shown is a direct result of Reagan policies. I remember 1977 very well, the only gangs cops worried about were motorcycle clubs, street gangs came after Reagans tough on drug dealer law's which increased the street price of illegal drugs as well as the increase of drug related violence. Most of that can be traced back to Reagan policies that lead to massive lay offs and factory relocating. But hey I'm just preaching to the choir.
