Reply #121: Is it just me who sees that maybe we played a role?

I see emotional responses, but when one detaches and thinks about what really happened, regardless of whether it was an insane thing to do, we the Americans must have played a role. No one has asked why it happened. Why? As if one day a bunch of guys woke up on the other side of the world and said let's destroy a building in New York. Am I alone in this thought? Because the first thing I thought of when the towers were falling was what did we do to bring this on. And one can't say in all honesty that it happened without any action from us. I mean it's pretty clear that by allowing our military to mess around in other countries, this was the result. We can talk all day about how wrong it is to do it, or how nothing can justify what was done that day, but there is a reality. And I do not see it being logically addressed.
