But, talking to reps at their call center most likely did not accomplish anything...unless they have to enter a reason into their system when they cancelled your service...but even then it may have been entered in as a generic reason, like "changed my mind".

Your verbal comments are not likely to be heard by anyone but the people at the call center. Remember, those people who answer your phone calls don't really do anything for the company besides answer phones.

If you want your message to be heard, try emailing. Or, see if they have a feedback section, and post there.
