And this is a bullshit argument: "No he didn't get a trial and neither did those who died on 9/11." So accused murderers shouldn't get a trial because their victims didn't? What kind of argument is that?

People absolutely have a right to discuss their government's behavior. If my country hadn't been doing EXACTLY what Osama bin Laden wanted them to do for the past decade and instead had been behaving in a manner befitting our ideals, as well as taking care of our own house, I MIGHT think about shutting up.
