It seems the police are more willing to get down on the law abiding with technical offenses and are not willing to go after those who are doing real crimes.

Please let us know if he answers you.

And be careful because anyone that uses a weapon is likely to go to jail, and your letter will be used as evidence if anything goes wrong.

Sorry this is happening in your neighborhood.
