Matthew Dowd, who was the chief strategist for the Bush-Cheney '04 presidential campaign, is in full RNC Gotcha Mode as host of "This Week".

It is glaringly obvious that he is over-stepping as a GOP talking point guru while supposedly trying to act like a journalist asking neutral questions and not showing his political cards.

It's like Fox News, only more stupid.

When asking Kathleen Sebelius questions on Obama's health care reform, poll ratings and other matters, it is obvious that he's on a mission for the RNC. And ABC News is in on it too.

When Mitch McConnell came on and openly lied about the health care reform package, Matt said nothing. McConnell lied about how costs would not be addressed, mentioned how the Nebraska and Louisiana deals were part of the legislation and went on about job-killing and other nonsense. He didn't call Obama a socialist, but could have and Dowd would have just let it go by.
