Why President Obama should pull a S.P., pack up and go back to Shy-Town.......

I know that he will not do this but I think he should. We have the FDL and other Progressives saying that President Obama should do this and that or they will find a candidate to primary him in 2012. We have the teabaggers that never wanted this "Black" man in the first place, holding up vile signs and giving (with some Democrats help, mind you) the Liberal Lion-Teddy Kennedy's seat to a racist, sexist, teabagging....pig, Scott Brown. We have the nay-sayers that Obama can never do good enough, no manner what he does tomorrow, today or in the future. We have infighting in his so-called party and internal issues with his race in this party if he ever was to bring out...he would be accused of race-baiting (i.e., so 2000st is sickening).

His hair is getting gray, he has less time to spend with the three MOST IMPORTANT people in his life....Michelle, Sasha and Malia. He has to deal with the stress of living under a microscope everyday with his family because of stupid thoughts of certain people and the harm it could cause to his family. He has to deal with the lost of his TRUE FRIEND the late Ted Kennedy's seat because he tried to push a health care bill through for people that have NO HEALTH CARE, currently. Every move he makes is spun into a negative light by the "liberal media" and some of the so-called Democrats that are suppose to be on his side. I could go on but I will not.....

This is why I did I thought long and hard about voting for President Obama initially. I knew as an African-American, as soon as he did not do everything the majority (not other African-Americans like myself) wanted, they would toss him to the corner and be out to hurt his Presidency. The expectations were TOO HIGH and the mess he received was IMPOSSIBLE to deal with in one year. I knew that as soon as he took one step off the mandated path....many would turn on him...as some are doing here on DU and many other progressive sites, right now. I never expected the Teabaggers to be with him. With the lost tonight in MA, it will only get worse.

I would not blame President Obama if he was to pack his lovely family and high tail it back to Chicago. He did not make this mess that we are in but he is expected to fix it overnight (in one short year). If President Obama was not the race that he was, he would have had time to deal with this mess, more time....I totally believe this. For him, his time was really four months to get it done. The tide started turning against President Obama after this time and has been moving downhill since.
