12. Bush deserves credit for refusal to issue the order to roll-up the AQ attack cells he was told
were in the US and poised to strike. Not only did he get the more widely-known 08/06 PDB, he also had an unscheduled visit at the Crawford Ranch by DCI George Tenet in the third week in August. The subject of their follow-up conversation to the CIA Daily Briefing was revealed in Tenet's autobiography, "The Center of the Storm." See, http://journals.democraticunderground.com/leveymg/258
