The simple reality is if there is something Barack could be doing he sure would be doing it, and so it means there is little to be done, but hope BPs quest for oil gives them enough incentive cap it and pipe it. Definitely we'd prefer they weren't going to try and syphon more oil but if it's enough for them to keep trying to hold back that gusher I'm good with that.
