12. Russia has some experience with using nukes to stop a leak but
I think this is too deep down to do that. It does not seem that other countries won't help but that this leak may not be stopped by anything but the relief well, by August/September. If the kill down method does not work, look to the relief well.
As far as clean up, we should use anyone who will assist us.
