whisc of course is no handicap in Congress, but he is dull as dishwater when he is not raving. Sestak is not really an improvement over Specter, and Specter has the party's backing.
The GOP would never let him come back - they thought he was a Democrat years before it ever occurred to him.
Lieberman should be retired ASAP - 2012, IIRC.
Maybe he will run for president again - he has the ego.
