74. I don't know about that
I think the KOS post is over the top - but I think a course correction is needed. I am not disappointed in our President at all - I think he has been doing the best he can with the hand he was dealt and the Congress he has. I do think that it is apparent that the bipartisanship, compromise path isn't working. I think he needs to changes some policy and priorities to become more progressive. I also think he and the DNC need way better marketing strategies. Too much is being put on hold for HC and we're looking at a not so great bill. good yeah - kinda - for some... I'll still support it - although with a sigh and a wish that it could have been better - or even less (less when it comes to mandates if there is no PO and less when it comes to the tax on HC plans) So pass it or put it on hold and make some "bipartisan" incremental gains within the next month. it is sucking all the attention.

pass a transportation bill
pass a jobs bill
work on fair trade
work on a safer food supply - promote more buy local & organic/natural initiatives
pass the Kerry bill that address offshore tax havens
end DADT
and hire some better PR people in the WH and DNC
just get all progressive and promote the hell out of it. that's my 2 cents. I know its easy for me to just write it on a message board.. but those are my thoughts anyway.
