Let's not forget the Obama administrations credit card reform act goes in effect in Feb.

Though I wish it would have gone a little further, there still are some good reforms coming to credit card holders next month....They won't be able to raise rates so easily, when you pay your bill the amount over the minimum payment will be applied to the higher portion of the balance...And there are other provisions as well...

So a big thanks to the Obama Administration for getting this done...
