Alvarito met with Garcia in Lima. Garcia said uribito and his efforts are a "model" for the rest of the continent. :puke:

Then Alvarito flew to La Paz where Evo told him in no uncertain terms that Bolivia does not approve of gringo bases in South America. Evo cited the U.S. efforts to establish three military bases in the Chapare during the Banzer regime.

Tomorrow (Wednesday) alvarito goes to see Bachelet, later to Paraguay, Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil. It's going to wind up alvarito 1, others 6. :toast:
