46. The outlines are clear
the Dems cannot get a better deal because no Republican can or will vote for the country. You literally have a minority holding the country hostage.

The last time we had such a crisis was 1859... both sides have dug their heels.

In modern terms this is something like Watergate in how it paralyzed the government.

I almost predict an LBJ moment for this POTUS very soon.
