Can someone tell me how the Indian purchase of Boeing 737s will create 50,000 jobs?

Boeing makes about 37 737s per month. They hope to have that number up to 40 per month in the next few years.

They currently have a backlog of orders totalling about 2000 737s.

Soooo... how does this compute? I don't see how jobs will increase without Boeing cranking out MANY more planes per month.

Somebody who has figured this out, please clue me in.
