President Clinton said words do matter and they have consequences. He spoke soon after the Oklahoma City bombing about the threat of extremism. And he spoke again yesterday. He said the words people use fall on both the 'serious and delirious' alike. President Clinton also said, "words fall on the connected and the unhinged alike". How true. I don't have to look any farther than my family to see examples of the delirious, who are eager to lap up every word from Fox News or right wing radio as gospel. And when I used the word 'gospel' I didn't choose that word lightly. It seems as if the people who are in the 'delirious' category are part of a cult.
