who's certifiable. As of the last time I saw him - about 5 years ago - he hadn't been on a date for probably 10 years prior to that. The odds are against him getting lucky in the meantime.

After he got an early blackberry-type phone (Treo, I think it was), he cornered me & 2 other guys, going on & on about how great his new toy was. He went so far as to refer to the device as his 'baby' - a real 'sweetheart.' I asked whether he was going to actually phone anyone on it or fuck it, which drew a scowl of indignation along with hoots of derisive laughter.
