56. Agree. Also, I'd like to know (but didn't see in the article) what led her to believe
this guy was hungry. I live in a city, so if people are hungry, they try and stop you on the sidewalk and ask for help - very direct. Sounds like she lives somewhere like Los Angeles where you and your car are married and there is no 'walking down the sidewalk' so, I don't understand. What, do homeless people do this kind of thing in the suburbs? I honestly don't understand. I mean, if I saw a homeless person outside a McDonald's, it would be a fairly normal thing, here in New York. If he/she looked hungry, I'd give them a dollar or buy an extra cheeseburger, and just offer it to them on the way out.
