Indeed it is. Just like it was their job to rig online polls here for a certain Clinton stalking horse candidate in the 2003-04 Presidential primaries (who inexplicably "won" many of those polls, despite only having a handful of supporters ever actually present on the board.)

If you could subpoena the IP logs, I'll bet you would find a lot of similarities in the patterns in both instances.
