Retrofit the local Ethanol plant to make bio diesel out of organic material not in the food supply. Town-wide fiber broadband freely available to business that wants to move in, and sold to every citizen at cost. The rest can go for solar and wind. I would like to try to create the first energy self-sustaining county if I could, then run for mayor.
