63. just out of curiosity
at what point does an 'internal affair' become something the rest of the world has an interest in stopping? at what point does an 'internal affair' become something YOU think should be stopped? at what point do we have an obligation to do something? or are all states sovereign and completely autonomous, islands unto themselves, and therefore all intervention is necessarily wrong?

by the way, I do have a line, full disclosure, and Venezuela and Bolivia, no matter how odious their policies may be to me, have not yet approached it.
