Sean Hannity and Newt Gingrich joining teabag parties...
Advertisements [?]
I thought this was an interesting bit of news.

Sean Hannity was blathering last night about the teabag parties. He was grumbling that
the media was ignoring these parties. He said that he and Newt Gingrich were going to
start making appearances at these rallies.

Hannity said that a reporter accused him of underwriting these parties and perpetuating them--
and he said his response to the reporter was that he's not funding these parties--he's just
supporting those who are throwing them.

Two things seem clear: 1.) These parties are a failure. I've heard very little about them
and attendance is probably low. 2.) Newt, Hannity and the other right-wing nutters are
trying to drum up publicity and attendance at these PR farcical events, with their presence.

It reminds me of toddlers at Walmart who don't get their way. They yell louder and get more
obnoxious so everyone will notice them.
