Wouldn't this be the simplest fix?

Isn't medicare administrative expenses pretty minimal? The system is already in place, it would just be expanding it.

Does the highest medical costs in your lifetime happen as you get older? Which already applies as a cost to the current medicare system?

Couldn't this have been paid for by what we spent in Iraq many times over?
