135. We can hate Cheney and Rummy...but in the end...it was all about "The Decider" and
it ALL stops on that ignorant Toad, Psychophant's Desk Top. As Truman said: "The Buck Stops Here" and that's with Bush as President. He had veto power and used all his resources. He's going to go out there and raise money for his "Democracy Institute." He needs to be hunted like PINOCHET! His underlings need to follow...but, in the end, the "BUCK" stopped with that ignorant ASSHOLE and HE IS TO BLAME FOR IT ALL!
