23. She could (and should) be considered on her own merits
Her accomplishments are more than enough to be considered.

She has the "big picture" as evidenced by her non-profit work and books.

She know the nitty gritty via the legacy and connections.

I think she would be smart and diligent and if I lived in New York, would be happy to see her in the slot, history and name as side bars.
