That's probably zero, in round numbers. McNutso will surely seize the time and send up an ad denouncing Obama as a devil worshiper and Satan incarnate as well as a commie Muslim terrorist (shh, he's also black!) Manchurian candidate. I'm sure his base will become even more enthusiastic.
