My good fellow DeSwiss, thank you. The story has behind it has been told often, but telling it will always be a joy.

I'm a refugee from the DALnet on mIRC chat and in a room of 500 people I became a regular as Verbal^Kent and eventually, just kent. So as a hobby and to keep the mods on their toes, I used to sneak into the channel under a a number of names: Lew^Nuttick, Al^Terigo, Art`Kryttyk, Harvey^Dareyett, etc etc. It became known as Spot The Kent.

One day I joined as SalmanChantedEvening, and the owner of the channel was in hysterics for a good half hour over it.

She's a remarkable, intelligent, funny, computer-savvy woman with an amazing mind, and when I joined DU and began to fade out of mIRC, I used this nick in her honor.

I never tire of the giggles it inspires. :)
