26. There's a minor difference
With Paulists, Faux doesn't know how to react. They can't afford to alienate any segment of their dwindling audience, and bad-mouthing (rather than studiously ignoring) any Republican is going to go against the grain with at least some of their remaining viewers. Now, if it was a Democratic crowd, they'd know how to respond in a heartbeat. They'd blast the mob, their putative candidate, everything. It would become a cause celebre, and Hannity would be annointed a martyr to the Lost Cause of Well-Connected White Guys, who have such a hard time in today's America.
