the Prez are just pulling out all the stops to stop the Dems from achieving anything. It's gotta be frustrating. I fully believe that we don't know what it's like to be in their position and don't know how we would vote if we were in their shoes and were presented with all the aspects and alternatives. I hope they're just doing the best they can.
