IMHo both of those rate over the Grand Canyon. The scenery is just as spectacular, but far more varied. There is more water, and those parks have all the original animals present before European settlement. They are simply much wilder than the Grand Canyon and a more "complete" experience.

Everyone I met who works in the park system over the years wants to work at Glacier, Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Zion or Olympic.
