2. How about DownSizing Corporations?
Corporations may have some utility when they allow people to work together for the common good. But when they start enriching a few at the expense of the people who built the wealth with their hands, then the corruption begins.

If corporations were required to share stock among the employees whenever stock was made available to the public or to the executives, and if there was a huge tax on stock trades then there would be a much better distribution of wealth.
