Are you licensed as a commercial pilot for passenger airlines? Stop screwing with the facts. You don't own them.
No one is making any suppositions here. Eye witness testimony (from all controllers working in the tower that evening) makes it QUITE CLEAR that procedures WERE NOT FOLLOWED by the FAA. It's as simple as that.
