1. Her release really should depend
on whether or not a bed is available at an inpatient drug and alcohol treatment facility. That's the other half of her sentence and one she should need to fulfill.

Maybe when she gets clean and sober (albeit temporarily), she'll be able to tell a coherent story about how she has suffered.

I mean, honestly, ten days in a tacky old jail cell! Not a manicurist to be found! How awful!
