when you think about the false sense of oil security that brought about the resurgence of gas guzzling vehicles and the resistence to increase fuel efficiency to a fraction of what it could be. Not that dissimilar to the drug dealer who gives you your first taste free to get you hooked.

I'm constantly amazed at how much further W and Co. can continue to increasingly disgust me. I keep thinking we have to hit bottom soon but it just goes deeper and deeper.
