Sexual misconduct and harassment is still against the rules. No matter what gender is doing it.
If a service member is a cowardly bully and needs to play sexual alpha male or female to prove themselves over others in their unit or elsewhere on base, it won't change. When DADT is repealed and sexual identity becomes a non-issue, Gays and Lesbians - and Heterosexuals - will still be harassed or assaulted at the same rate they were before until those with power-trip problems are dealt with and esprit de corps demanded and exemplified by leadership, sexual misconduct will continue.

It's a leadership and morale issue, not a sex issue. The same always happens whenever there's a need to "integrating" other minorities - not just race or gender, but culture or religion - in a unit.
