Does BP think it has the authority to issue an arrest warrant on American citizens or anyone else for that matter? Is the Coast Guard at their beckon call to enact such arrests? And what would have been the charges in the arrests had they occurred? This all sounds highly illegal. What kind of country does BP think this is? Oh wait ...
