9. A Bush on the board of WellPoint. How rich.
Why is it this family seems to turn up wherever there's big money accompanied by a scandal or illegal activities?

Prescott Bush sold arms to the Nazis during the war. One would think that would make him a traitor and condemn his family to scorn for generations. But no.

President Bush I was certainly involved in that nasty Iran Contra scandal, but he somehow managed to wiggle out of that one without so much as a scratch.

President Bush II failed at everything he ever attempted to do, sold stock in a company that he had inside knowledge of just moments before that stock collapsed. Most would call that insider trading, but somehow Bush wasn't charged.

Another Bush brother was involved in the Silverado Savings scandal in Denver, and snuck out of town literally under cover of darkness.

The Bush Family has close ties to the bin Laden family (of Osama fame). Curious? Just a coincidence? How is it that bin Laden was never captured after 9/11 again? Oh, right. Bush said he didn't care. Didn't care about the man behind the worst terrorist attack ever on American soil. Some would call that treasonous.

Laura Bush killed a high school sweetheart in a car accident on a clear night at an intersection she was familiar with. She just didn't think about stopping at that stop sign she'd stopped at hundreds of times before. She just didn't see the guy's Corvair with its lights on coming at her with the right of way. She was just shocked that the guy died when her huge Impala slammed into his little Corvair. She was so concerned she didn't attend the funeral or apologize to the parents of the dead kid. Nice. What a great First Lady she was! :eyes:

The fact that anyone in this country considers the Bush family respectable shows how our media has failed us. The Bush family by all rights should be condemned for what they have done to this country, they should hold their heads down in shame for their actions. Many of them should be in prison.

The Bush family is associated with many organizations and companies that take advantage of others, yet they are treated as a respectable American family. Facts used to matter, before they were ignored and rewritten by the media.

We need to reinstate the Fairness Doctrine and make it applicable to today's media.
