From the National Weather Service page, at least for Southeast locations, there is a link to the NOAA page:

http://www.srh.noaa.gov/news/display_cmsstory.php?wfo=tae&storyid=51828&source=0 Which has a bunch of links some of which are not helpful.

One frightening graphic from that page is at the link "Latest HYCOM-GFS Oil Spill Forecast from COAPS/FSU" which takes you to:

Another source is the Deepwater Response page which seems to have been set up by NOAA:
