What a weak and sad personal attack.

McVeigh was a monster but technically he did the "right" things to create a functional explosive device.

No bomb is perfect. McVeighs bomb could have failed to detonate. It happens but at least the theory was sound.
TRIGGER + EXPLOSIVE + OXIDIZER.

This guy just combined a bunch of useless (and overlapping) components that sound "explody" together.
I mean gasoline AND propane? For what purpose other than the guy had no clue. How about propane and some device to blow the valves? Wait that might actually have exploded.

KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid.
