13. There is plenty of blame to go around
John Engler starts the list. He has been gone for quite some time and there is no sign of a turn around. At what point do we have to say her leadership, while better than Engler is not working. Where is the turn around after almost seven years?

Do we really need to start a list of people whose influence on Michigan was far worse, to complain about Granholm? I'll start with Bush and Engler.
